  • Choose a paid plan to continue with full features
  • Or remain on the free tier with limited features

Subscription Management

Upgrading

Navigate to Settings → Billing → Change Plan. Upgrades take effect immediately, and you'll be charged a prorated amount for the remainder of the current billing period.

Downgrading

Downgrades take effect at the end of your current billing period. You retain access to higher-tier features until then.

Canceling

Cancel anytime from Settings → Billing → Cancel Subscription. Your account remains active until the end of the paid period (grace period).

Event Quota

Each plan includes a monthly event quota. Events are counted when the collector script sends data to our endpoint. If you exceed your quota:

  1. You'll receive a notification at 80% usage
  2. At 100%, events are still processed but logged as overage
  3. Overage charges apply at your plan's per-event rate

Monitor your usage in Settings → Billing → Usage.

Payment Methods

We accept all major credit and debit cards via Stripe. You can update your payment method at any time from Settings → Billing → Payment Method.

Invoices

Invoices are generated automatically for each billing period and available for download from Settings → Billing → Invoices. Invoices include your company details if configured in billing settings.
